What does a production company do? A production company is responsible for supervising the filming from concept to completion, and they hold the sole legal and financial responsibility of the movie as a whole and also take care of other stuff like actors and getting the music we wanted, and they also hold responsibility for the film if its bombs at the cinema since they are the one being paid to do piece, and they would fund it end to finish, draft out film for the actors, hire out writers for the script and make sure it of good condition
The idea of a distributor and who that might be and why.
There could be several distributors for this type of low end budget film and there could be many such as the UKFC because they would like to take on low budget films through there connections to others eg the BBC as in the case of shifty, or we could always go alternative and hope for online popularity to get it noticed and this would have the advantage of being free and holding down no copyrights.

Where the money might have come from for a film such as yours?
The UKFC if still funded could be a possible venture because if the scripts stands up to the test and it is unique or interesting enough it would be part of the microwave scheme and be part of a local film agency so we can at least produce the product.
